We are contracted with most insurance companies, however, you should always check with your insurance company before making an appointment to avoid any confusion and any unexpected out of pocket expense at your time of service.

If your insurance is with a insurance company we are NOT contracted with, you will need to pay the full amount for your visit at or before your time of service. We will submit a claim to the your insurance company and if the insurance company pays any out of network benefits to us, you will be properly reimbursed. NOTE: We do not bill Medicare.
