Sally Lake is an extraordinary nurse. Her creativity and extensive nursing background are a perfect combination for our practice. She is very knowledgeable in hormonal health and cosmetic procedures.
Sally Lake RN, BSN received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1979 at Baylor University. She has New Orleans roots and attributes this to her diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Dr. Evans practice in 2005, she was well-respected in the area of critical care medicine. It was her long-time passion of women’s health issues that ignited her move to Premiere Center for Health & Wellness.
Working closely with Dr. Evans since 2005, Sally has gained a true understanding of women’s health issues and is passionate about helping our patients look and feel better through hormone replacement and cosmetic procedures. Along with Dr. Evans, Sally regularly attends workshops throughout the country to enhance her knowledge of hormonal health and cosmetic procedures.
Sally’s patients describe her as a fun-loving person who loves to laugh and genuinely cares about her patient’s overall well-being. Her compassionate demeanor is apparent by the care and general understanding she displays with her patients.
Sally resides in the Landen area with her husband, Jim, and Great Dane, Pepper.
