What are symptoms indicating I would be a good candidate for hormone pellet therapy?

How do I get started?
A lab appointment is needed to obtain hormone and annual wellness labs. Once we have received the results, a hormone consultation visit is scheduled with Dr. Linda Evans MD and Sally Lake RN BSN to discuss your symptoms and lab results. Most patients receive hormone pellet treatment on the day of their consultation!
How long has the office of Dr. Linda Evans provided hormone therapy for men?
Dr. Evans has been treating men for hormone deficiencies since 2010.
How often do men get hormone pellets?
Generally, men receive hormone pellets every 24 weeks (6 months).
Does insurance cover hormone pellet therapy?
Generally, no, this treatment is unfortunately not covered by insurance. Premiere Center for Health and Wellness is not contracted with any insurance company, so we are not able to submit the pellets. However, we can provide you with necessary forms if you would like to attempt to submit it as the patient. You can also use your FSA or HSA account to pay for the pellets, which is very convenient for most of our patients!
