- All Marketplace (Affordable Care Act/Exchange) insurance plans
As a result, we are considered an out-of-network provider for these plans and are unable to bill them as participating providers.
Self-Pay Options

To make quality healthcare more accessible, our practice offers discounted self-pay rates for office visits and many in-office services. Self-pay pricing is often significantly lower than standard charges.
